Safety and security requirements of glass

The Safety and security requirement of a glass refers to reducing the risk of injury or accident by protecting against accidental or deliberate attack. The use of low-e glazing helps to retain heat even in winter, which allows the comfortable use these rooms without heating arrangements for more months of the year. Low-e glass is highly recommended for north or east facing windows, where more heat loss takes place.
